Lilian is super passionate about healthy school lunches for kids and it was great to chat to her about her ideas for My Lunchbuddy – a service that prepares fresh, healthy and delicious lunchboxes for children every morning and delivers these at schools daily. I especially love that for every lunchbox sold, they donate a healthy meal to a food-insecure buddy at underprivileged schools. I assisted My Lunchbuddy with flyers for the first pilot launch, sign up forms, sample menus and a simple one-page scrolling website integrated with MailChimp for parents to register their interest.
